This happens to almost every second user of Tikona who discontinues the service but ultimately these people come from nowhere and ask for payment. They have their very own Recovery agents also known as Bouncers who can kick you off. So, my advise would be: If you have bought tikona connection, don't dare to cancel. Keep it running evenif you don't use until you get died. Keep them feeding as they need. Bastards!

This lady got something unsettled by tikona. Tikona doesn't care whether your device is theft. Rather than keeping up with their customer and helping them, they instantly set up a Full and Final Settlement where they hire some very insidious mafias to get money from you. Oh, Gosh! This guy has very legit questions. Does tikona have any engineers in these cities? They just give you false claims whereas there is no human beings in fact. They are always short on manpower and keep on claiming false achievements. This guy does not have working internet connection for 8 long days and don't know if even longer. Do you think, Tikona will give extra 8 days because of this worst service? No. Because they want your money and don't believe in services.

An innocent guy has been frauded by Tikona, stating that she was calling from government and was about to file a criminal complaint. In fact, the number was based from Tikona only. They threaten you and try to loot your money by doing really low category actions

You will see many more similar issues as customer does not want to continue. The customer care guy comes and take the device and still you get calls from Tikona. This is the worst practice they use to loot customers. If we get enough customers together here, we can together file a complaint and grab tikona to the court. Together, we can talk with a News paper to write an article against Tikona as well.
